Custom Slate Coaster with Text or Image
Please ensure that any images are black and white only. As the slate coasters are a binary material, we can either engrave or not engrave the material. Shading is possible with different methods of dithering. Please contact us if you need to discuss your files before you order.
Shipping
All of our products are made to order and as such have a 5-7 day lead time, though we often shiop sooner!
Shipping is charged with a base rate for the first, largest item, then additionally per item, and is calculated automatically at the checkout. You may also choose to pick up from our workshop.
We ship with Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. In the case of larger items, we may use a courier. You will be updated as your item(s) are shipped with more information on how your item(s) are shipped.
Returns
Returns are not usually accepted as we cut items to order. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
When returning items, you should first contact us in order to discuss the return and any replacement. We will issue you a return number , which should be included with the return. You are responisble for any return shipping costs and any repackaging of the item. Where possible we ask that the product(s) are returned in good condition.
